NYC Lego Meetup: Theme is Monsters

Come for an afternoon of Fun Lego building. It may not be Halloween yet, but the NY Lego Meetup is planning a fright fest. Monsters big and small - come share your builds. Bring a set you'd like to build with friends*, show something interesting you've already built (we love seeing these!), or just bring yourself. Feel free to bring anything you like, but bonus points for bringing a monster. ACTIVITIES: Build Contest - Using the bricks on hand at the meetup build your crazy scariest monster and we'll vote for our favorite to win a small Lego set prize. Free Build - As always, there will be a big pile of pieces for free building throughout the afternoon. Additional Builds/Sharing TBD - based on what members bring* * When you bring a set for shared building at the event, you are not donating it, but just enjoying building it with others. You take your set back home.
